SOUR CREAM COFFEE CAKE (from 1964)
Ingredients:
1 package yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1/2 pint sour cream
1 box instant vanilla pudding
Beat everything in large bowl until creamy.
Pour 1/2 the batter into bundt pan (can use flat)

1 Large apple sliced thinly. Place slices around top of
1/2 the batter that is in the bundt pan.

FILLING:
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup chopped nuts
2 teaspoons cinnamon

Sprinkle 1/2 of the filling mixture over apples.
Pour remaining 1/2 of batter on top of the 1/2 filling.
Then add second half of filling on top of cake.

Bake 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 if in bundt pan
and 50-60 minutes if using flat pan.
