Cheese Ball
INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup cold butter
2 small cloves garlic
(In food processor, process these two first ingredients)
8 oz. cream cheese (cut into 8 pieces)
1/4 cup fresh parsley, roughly chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
(add to butter mixture and continue to process until sufficiently combined)
DIRECTIONS:
Shape into ball. (chill a minute or so if it is too soft to shape)
Roll in crushed pepper corns.
Chill.
Serve surrounded with assortment of crackers.
