1 CLOVE GARLIC, CHOPPED
1/2 Cup oil
1/4 Cup vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. worcestershire sauce
dash ceyenne pepper
2 LBs. top sirloin steak, cut into 1" cubes
2 medium onions, peeled and cut into wedges
3 medium bell peppers, seeded and cut into wedges
4 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
1 LB. fresh mushroom caps
Combine all marinade ingredients with a wire whisk until blended. Pour over cubed meat and marinade at least 2 hours.
Skewer meat cubes alternately with onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, and mushroom caps. Once skewed, brush with marinade. Grill or broil 15 to 20 minutes to desired doneness.
