PUMPKIN CHEESE CAKE
2 tubs of 8oz soft cream cheese
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
1/2 cup of canned pumpkin
1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
1 ready to use pie crust or you can make your own
preheat oven to 350 degees
get two large bowls
in one bowl but cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla and mix with the electic mixer and it is smooth then add the eggs and mix again
in the other bowl get a cup of that batter you just made and but it in the new bowl add the pumpkin, cinamion and nutmeg and mix that with the blender
put the white batter in the pie crust and even it out, then add the pumpkin layer on top.
put in oven for 45 minutes
after the 45 minutes have done take out and let it cool for another 45 minutes on the counter top. after that then put it in the fridge for about 3 hours or overnight and then you have a great treat.
