PORK CHOPS CUTLET

For 4: Preheat Oven to 350 degrees

Ingredients:

Four pork chops
1 can of cheap beer or ginger ale if you prefer
1 1/2 cups of any kind of BBQ sauce
One onion thinly sliced
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar

Directions:

Lightly spray pan with nonstick stuff - or lightly oil it (makes it clean easier). Put a layer of sliced onion in the bottom, then two pork chops, more onion and 1/2 the brown sugar, the next two pork chops, the rest of the onion and brown sugar. Mix the BBQ sauce and flour (a tupperware shake n' pour works well, or a jar, or bowl with a whip). Add beer or ginger ale. You can open it earlier and let it go flat if you want, makes mixing it easier. Pour over the top of pork chops - it should totally cover them. Cover pan with foil and bake until the pork chops are tender. Usually a little over an hour.

You can serve this with potatoes or rice, a friend uses pasta, but I don't care for it with pasta. The BBQ/beer sauce makes a great gravy and I usually double the recipe.

Enjoy.
