PHILADELPHIA ICE CREAM
10 cups light cream
2 cups sugar
2 Tbs. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
~ Pour cream into a gallon freezer
~ Gradually add sugar, stirring constantly until sugar is dissolved.
~ Stir in vanilla and salt
~ Pour into can and freeze.
(proceed as your ice cream maker instructs.)
add chocolate, fruit or whatever you like as a variation to this oh, so sweet vanilla ice cream.
