Garlic Mashed Potatoes



2 lbs. potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 garlic head - peeled and separated
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
¾ tsp salt
¼ tsp. pepper
¾ tsp. chicken bouillon (or 1 cube, crushed)
3 Tb. Parmesan cheese (fresh grated)
¼ cup cream

Directions:

Boil prepared potatoes and all the garlic cloves. Drain Add remaining ingredients (except the cream) and mash well. Slowly add the cream so not to curdle the cream. add some chopped parsley if desired.. (opt: you may use 2 heads of roasted garlic instead of the one head boiled with the potatoes. Just squeeze garlic out of the skins and add to mixture when you are mashing the potatoes.)
