1 1/2 cups Sugar
12 ozs Chocolate or peanut butter chips
1 Jar Marshmallow creme
1 small can evaporated milk
4 tbsp Margarine or butter
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
1 tsp Vanilla


Lightly butter 9 inch square baking pan. In med sauce pan combine Sugar. Margarine, Evaporated milk and Marshmallow creme. Bring to boil over medium heat. Continuously stir for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add chocolate chips, Vanilla and chopped walnuts (optional) stir until mixture is one solid color. Pour into 9 inch square baking pan. Chill overnight! Cut into 1 inch squares as fudge is very rich.
Makes approx. 2 lbs
