1 dozen eggs (hard boiled) 2 TBlSP. real mayonnaise 1/2 tsp. vinegar salt/pepper _________________________________________________ Peel boiled eggs. Slice lengthwise each egg and remove the yoke. Place yoke in bowl. Place divided egg whites on a serving tray. Using a fork mash up the eggs in bowl. Add mayonnaise, vinegar and salt/pepper. stir well. Carefully spoon mixture into egg whites. Add paprika to top of each egg for color. Enjoy!
