CHICKEN A LA KING



Ingredients

1sm. bell pepper (chopped)
1/2 C. margarine
1/2 C. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. instant chicken boullion
1 1/2 C. milk
1 1/4 C. water (hot)
2 C. chicken (cut up)
1 jar (4oz.) pimento (chopped)

Cook and stir bell pepper in margarine over medium heat 5 min. Remove from heat. Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Cook over low heat stirring constantly till mixture is bubbly; remove from heat. Stir in boulion, milk and water. Heat to boiling sirring constantly. Boil & heat 1 minute. Stir in chicken & pimento; heat through. Serves 6
