CHEESY POTATOES



Ingredents:

5 lb Potatos Peeled and sliced (thin)
1 jar Bacon Bits
1 jar 16 oz heinz cheddar cheese sauce.
1 medium onion peeled and sliced.
1/2 cup water

Directions:

Boil peeled potatoes until fully cooked. Drain and rinse with hot water. Shake excess water off potatoes. Mix with uncooked onions. Place potatos and onions in large baking pan. In microwave safe bowl combine cheese sauce, water, and half the bacon bits. Mix well. Pour sauce over potatoes and onions. Do Not Mix. Top with remaining bacon bits.
Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve immediately.
